The Canadian Minister of Agriculture attended the opening ceremony of the Waupoos Estate Winery located between Toronto and Ottawa, just off the 401 Hwy. Provincial and local representatives along with members of the L.C.B.O. , Vintners Quality Alliance and the Wine Councel of Ontario all enjoyed spectacular weather as they attended the festivities.
